Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product should you wish to return your item.
Personalised Products
Due to these products being made to order, unfortunately we do no accept returns. However if your item is damaged on arrival we will offer a replacement or if we have made a mistake with your order we will send out a replacement. You can request to cancel an order and if your order has not been processed you will be refunded, if your order has been processed it is not possible to cancel the order or seek a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return costs.
Please ensure you are ordering the correct sizes you require, where the wrong size has been ordered for a customized product we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. Please check your phone model before ordering a phone case if unsure.
